After a final mixing session at Robin’s studio near Rennes the week before last we’re very happy to report that our new record is now finished and we couldn’t be happier with how it all sounds!
In what is a first for us we’ve finished the recording process and have a few songs too many for an album so some hard decisions will have to be made about what to include. There’s enough material for an album plus a subsequent release.
We’re currently working on finalising the tracklisting, the song order and the titles for a few of the songs, not to mention a title for the album which is proving a little tricky.
Having finished the record we have to say a huge, huge thankyou to Robin for all his work on this album, the production and the mixes.
It’s hard to describe the feeling when listening back to the record, it feels like the last year of our lives and our time and experiences overseas is all there in these tracks.
This album has been an absolute joy to make and we can’t wait for everyone to hear it!
